Put on 2.4lbs this week but got my *kitten* out the house and to the gym. Walked there and back, too, to add to the work out. I managed to do a whole hour on the cross trainer without stopping for a break and pretty much keeping it up to about 70RPM. 834 calories burnt. Oh yeeeeah! ^^ unlucky with the weight gain. but…

it depends really i'd say many short runs is more beneficial than one long as in the short ones you'll burn more calories as your heart rate goes up quickly with walking though i'd say it doesn't make a difference

hey all, you're all doing brilliantly in my eyes, and people do deserve days off occassionally :) tonight i went spinning, i love it, it really gets my heart rate up for a good 45mins to an hour, and i feel great afterwards! :) xx

Hey all, so this week ive lost no extra weight :( but that's been due to snacking on chocolate next week I'm going to make a batch of soup so I don't take money out with me therefore no chocolate! Hey all, had a bad day today ate really healthily, but then i went to the venders to treat myself, and had to buy 3 packets of sweets just to get ONE to come up they kept getting stuck. :( but of course i ate them all so hitting on the gym tonight and eating healthily tomorrow!xx

today i realised how many calories i eat when i work on my saturday job 4 mini eggs, is like 70 calories i used to easily eat 40! ahh!xxx

Morning everyone well since my last weight in i've lost 1.5lbs. yay :) went out last night though and drank so much i can't bear to put it in my diary! going to the gym today though and not leaving till i've burnt off 1000 calories! wish me luck ;)!

My boyfriend never exercises and he's so skinny! his metabolism is sky high like today he had a foot long meatball mariana, chicken strippers and chips and now he's having a panini HOW AM I MEANT TO LOSE WEIGHT when he can eat all of them and make me look like an elephant next to him

Hey so march is my major loss month hopefully i need to lose another 1.5 pounds by next saturday to reach my target so fingers crossed! depends what you ate last night etc if you still have food in the body it's extra weight also water levels change during the week which is why it's recommended you choose one day and stick with it sometimes i jump on the scales and i'll lost 3 pounds then on my sunday i've only lost one, thats all, water levels :)
