  • Hey all so this week i've been really ill and so ate alot yesterday to make myself feel better not working... so today i ate healthier but i lost a pound last week =] was hoping for 2 but my binge yesterday stopped that off to the doctors tommorow to make myself better hopefully wish me luck :) xxx
  • I'm giving up sweets and chocolates going to be so hard :/ especially as it's my sisters 30th soon and she's going to have a massive chcocolate cake =[ give me strength
  • I'm exactly the same with my boyfriend but that is partly due to the fact, he is so skinny and can eat whatever he wants and he always offers me some having mfp has helped though as i see that even a couple of things adds calories so quickly and now i say no to him, if you must eat try having things like fruit. :)
  • I'm aiming for 1.5 lbs a week at the moment, so weighing in at 6lbs less by march 13th for my sisters 30th after that 4lbs a month will do me :)
  • i work out whenever i have free time if its gym i go after college, as i dont have time to in the morning if i'm doing a fitess dvd i tend to do it in the morning :)
  • I've been on the pill for 12 months now, and instead of putting weight on I'm losing it you just have to have commitment what the pill tends to do is make you more hormonal so you feel more like eating chocolate etc but if you don't give in to the craving your weight doesnt change

  • Jazzy i've done exactly the same I'm going to my friends to cheer her up (she just broke up with her boyfriend and my ones working tonight.. typically) so it's splurge time good job, i've not eaten much so far!

  • you could have what my friend has (sorry i dont know the technical term) when she eats wheat her stomach bloates not massively, but it's noticeable so if you eat bread often that could be it?
  • my mums on weight watchers and she's been told 18 points as well :) however on weight watchers almost all fruit is 0 points, but they contain calories, so that should take you out of starvation mode :)
  • i suppose i'll just beef up my portions a bit, ^^ oh and when i said salads, i meant side salads, i have like jacket potato with a side salad, the side salad just to fill me up a bit more :)
  • I practically always have soup for lunch, which is what i'm still doing and i'm having things like meatballs, chicken and things like that for dinner most days, but making sure they're healthier portions. yeah i was a cerial chocoholic, like 600+ calories a day would be chocolate
  • 5'8 im 11 stone which is 154 pounds, i want to be 10 stone by july if possible, so losing 14 pounds, :) i'm trying to lose about a pound a week at the moment, and then once i'm at 14 pounds less just maintain my weight. At the moment i'm eating about 1000 calories a day, normally, i think it's because i eat alot of soup…
  • thank you :) i just found it weird that i had to eat more to lose weight, i've been eating alot of soup because of the coldness here so i might put cheese on top or something and have a small amount of nuts occasionally. Thanks again :)
  • yeah it does really hurt but the more often you run the longer it takes to hit the wall i went on a treadmill today at the gym ran for 20 minutes and didnt get cramp at all, only stopped because my headphones have broke and i get bored easily without music.. :) also kudos for losing 62 lb thats amazing,
  • when i first started running i got cramps all the time whats actually best is to carry on running, you can run through them and then you feel so much better i like to call the cramp "the wall" and i have to break through it :)
  • Of course you can have a night off just don't over do it :) that's the way to do it if you do exercise every day and eat little everyday as soon as you start going out again you'll pile it back on so add treat days into your diet days :)
  • Hi, i'm Hannah just started this about 4 or 5 days ago after finding it on ipod apps, it's amazing i absolutely love it i'm from north west england, i'm only 18 and i wouldn't call myself over weight but my bmi is becoming the wrong side of normal so i want to slim down for my big sisters 30th birthday. so yeah hi :)
