I was not saying 20g total carbs, but 20g net. Think I'll just use the Atkins site for the induction phase to work out my carbs. thanks anyway

Down 1lb which I'm happy especially considering we've had friends staying. Eating out twice this week, so we will see what next week's weigh in is like. As long as the scales keep going down, it's good. Zumba starts again next week, which I have really missed during August. I'm not much good at exercising on my own.

Hi I'm Kathy, living near Cognac in the Poitou Charente. We've been in France for a number of years now, having brought up our two sons here. Only the Scooby workshop calculator your TDEE is 1462, a bit better. Why not lose the weight, then add 50 or 100 cals a day until you maintain. Everybody's different

Toast the oats, then have them uncooked with greek yoghurt and berries. No need to add anything to sweeten.
