Hmm.. well.. I think you guys are right..Idid do a lot yesterday.. my first day... I felt great yesterday though! LOL I did 45 min of that w/o I mentioned... I also wend on a 45 min hike up a butte... and then later..unplanned..went on another 20-30 min hike around our hilled neighborhood.. Maybe I should take it a little…

I was thinking the same thing! I lost 17 lbs in 5 months last time I needed to.. and it was by eating the 1200 cals a day..and exercising! I didn't know about the deficit thing... I think I won't be eating back those calories like it says. I really liked the first post here too.. great advise Dellonious!!

I was going to say this too! This is also something I am trying to understand.. but when we exercise... it tells us to eat more calories!
