Belly Fat War!
Ok..so I am seeing the scale move.. I see my tummy just under my ribs changing..but under the belly button.. Oh MAN! Still sticking out! I always hear about the stubborn belly fat..and now I am one of them! Is there REALLY a special diet..or foods to eat..or exercise that I need to be doing JUST for That??

Barely do anything and my muscles are burning..
I'm 46..5"2 @ 146 lbs... I am SO out of shape! I worked out really good yesterday.... but today I am tired and drained..and I tried to do my workout.. Leslie Sanson's 4 Fast Miles... and my legs are burning.. hardly doing anything! What The Heck!!?? (BTW.. it's not soreness/pain..as in pulled muscles.. but burning...)…

How Do I Lose Weight~cont in text,,
How do I lose weight when I am supposed to be adding calories when I exercise?? I don't understand how I am going to lose weight by adding calories... like I am on a 12oo calorie intake..but when I exercise it tells me to eat more calories??
