I get that I need to ..and all the benefits..but really.. how does it work to lose weight? I know that sounds SO DUMB! But if I stay at 1200 cals..and do NO exercise..I still can lose weight... IDK.. doofus here!

I had a Great Value Banana Cream Pie Light Yogurt before my 40 min workout..then a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, skim milk. Can't remember if there was anything else! lol

Sadly.. I LOVE Diet Coke.. I will die someday... I know. I do want to get off of it though... the caffeine is so dehydrating! UG! I GOTTA Break the habit! I can.. but I just like the flavor... I really really do want to just do water.. I like the idea of lime in it! I'll try that!

I've actually read in several places.. that we shouldn't eat 3 hours before we go to bed..not sure why... but I think because we aren't gonna burn them off very well while sleeping... but doing what works for you is best! ;0)
