Great article. Now I don't feel like a piggy eating a snack before and after a long workout!

I CANNOT eat for at least 2 hours before a major cardio session. I usually feel like I want to puke, but if I eat, I actually WOULD puke, and that is generally frowned upon at my gym. I try to eat right after, though.

Hmm, interesting. I usually workout first thing in the am. (Get up at 5:40 and at the gym by 6:00). I don't think I can get up any earlier to eat something...and don't think I could even if I tried. I can't eat first thing in the am like that.

Try it out and see what works for you. I don't like to eat before I exercise and I go running early in the morning soI don't have time to eat before I go anyway.

I usually have to eat at least a little before a run or a workout..I'll feel woozy if I don't. I usually can't eat much after though...have to wait a while. Great article. though! Thanks for sharing :)
