Not a recipes, but I have tried Costco's salmon burgers. It comes in frozen. It is very filling and I personally liked it but the kids didn't.

I have done it last year for fourteen days and lost 13lb. It's called "master cleanse". I heard good report about it and tried it. I am glad that I did. You do have to drink sea salt water which most people just can't stand it, but it sure cleanse your system and the weight just came right off. I wasn't hungry any more…
