Same. I am 25 lb over from what I want to be in... I don’t want to use pandemic as an excuse anymore. I need to take care of myself. I want to feel good about myself and I want to lose 25 lb.

ha! i never thought of Almond milk! Good idea~!! My favorite is: 1 cup of ice (optional) 1 cup of skim milk 1 cup of Mountain High Plain Low Fat Yogurt 1 cup of any fruit. ( i ususally go with frozen strawberry or berry mix from Costco, sometimes mix with banana!) i might try almond milk. Sounds really good!

i have to tell you, i was very against that tennis player, Anna. She can't replace Jillian, NO WAY!! I think they need a hardcore pusher like Jillian to be there. Anna is too softy, how she's gonna push people to excel? But then again, she got the oldest group so that might be suitable, i thought.

yes, you have to come to the realization that we didn't get here (over weight) in one day either. Years and years we didn't take care of our health added all up. yes, one week before is the craving of .....whatever...so hungry. Try to eat banana, sweet potato, peanut butter on wheat cracker which should help feel as "filled". Also, if you like chocolate, chocolate pudding, pretzel M&M does the job for me!
