Celery...you actually burn more calories chewing it than what you consume :) That or go to bed early and try to ignore the rumbling tummy, I'm doing that tonight in fact!

I personally try to make it up the next day. For example last night I went out to dinner and went over my calorie limit so today I made sure I was eating healthy and that I go for a run (even though I usually take Friday's "off" from working out).
