So I have been worried about my protein intake because I'm not eating very much meat. This resulted in me going grocery shopping yesterday and buying loads of stuff packed with protein. New to MyFitnessPal and aboslutley love it!
I find myself constantly on my phone app or logging in from a computer. I love how detailed and informative this website is. It gives me the motivation to eat healthy and exercise. I got some of my friends to join too which is great because we can motivate each other to stay healthy too.
