    Great list!!

Instead of all those fresh berries, I like to get mine frozen (just berries, nothing added at all) because I don't always eat all my fresh produce in a week (its just me eating). The frozen berries are amazing when mixed into plain greek yogurt (less sugar than with fruit already mixed in) or you can put them in smoothies.

I'm just realizing that I am taking in way more sodium then I should be. Kind of disturbing. Thanks so much for some ideas!
