I am 5'6 21 years old and weighed myself at 101 from the 93 I was 3 weeks ago lol my doctor told me to consume 6000 a day :/

How is that insane if not counting and eating 3000 calories adds up? I eat my cravings and it all adds up so how do I gain slowly without coubting? What kinds of meals?

I do seek help and they said not to count but then I eat my cravings so then I calculate out of curiosity and it all adds up a lot :/

That's a little too fast of gaining though, for others it took months and for me it's only going to take days

Well I stopped counting but still had my meals memorized from habit of trying to mentally count and all the new foods and meals I added up the last 3 days (I consumed at least 3500 a day for three days) and I weighed myself this morning and I'm up 7 lbs which is scary because my husband was showing me what "normal" meals…

How long did it take you to regain to your healthy weight and what was your intake like? (Such as lots of fast foods or fruits or veggies or chocolates?)

Thank you so much this helps A LOT :) yeah the scale will become my enemy lol it already is.... How many calories should I eat to gain half a pound a week do you think? Or should I not count and eat whatever?
