I walk dally on the treadmill at 3.1 mph at 10% incline for an hour to an hour and a half. Would this make me sedentary, lightly active or moderately active? maintaining using tdee or net? i need guidance lol
hello so I have done some research... both my tdee and caloric needs are 1460, I burn about 300 calories walking on the treadmill, so I consume 1500 then subtract the 300 every day making it 1200 calories after the work out. Should I eat 250ish calories more to maintain? or does this mean I am "double dipping" my calories?…
