Hello so I have recently started to try to maintain my weight instead of losing, but I'm using the "banking my calories" system and saving those maintamence calories for the weekend, last Thursday I weighed 4 lbs less, is it possible that I could have gained 4 lbs just by having two milkshakes over the weekend using those maintamence calories? Other thn that my diet has not changed or would this be water retention?
Thanks guys
Thanks guys

Eat more than your maintain over the week. My cousin metabolism was so fast that he had to eat 4000 calories a day for two weeks to gain weight.0

you are a woman...so I would suspect water retention long before i would say weight gain.
As long as you are sure you are at maintenance consistently then no worries.0 -
Do women hold in more water retention than men? Sorry silly question but curious!0

To gain 4 lbs. of actual weight you would need to be at a 14,000 surplus (4*3500).0
