You are so right. As much as I would like to blame the responsibilities I have...being a mom, nursing student, wife..the only person I can blame is myself. I've been justifying my *kitten* habits with excuses as to why I can't work out today. I let myself gain back the weight that I lost. Not anymore!

Thank you for the responses! Especially the ones that understand about the cold weather. Good to know I'm not alone. I did actually just buy a weight bench from someone because I want to start lifting for the first time (at my own pace and without the gym gawkers.) I'll have to try and find a treadmill for the busy days…

Hey there, My baby is 6.5 months old and I have lost the baby weight! I started the pregnancy at around 150lbs and ended at 190-195lbs. i just started using MFP and I'm a little confused. My daily calorie intake is 1200, which if fine, but I'm reading on here about people "eating back calories burned." That just seems a little counter active to me. Can someone explain it a little better?
