I did the same thing. I upped my calories for a weekend and then dropped them back down and it helped.

You could clear a little space and do an excercise dvd on a computer in your room or a workout from youtube videos if you have internet.

I use zumbacalories.com. People with a heart rate monitor say it is accurate. Then you can just go to my exercise and create you own exercise and label it zumba.

You don't really need to drink the cran juice. I wouldn't worry about it. The juice really just helps prevent infection. Trust me, I have these all the time...I mean way too often. Just drink A LOT of water. Peeing more often will help you get out the bacteria. Also, to be safe I would go out and get a yeast infection…

If I cheat, which I did a lot last week when I was on vacation, I just try to make sure that I don't go over my BMR so I am not gaining weight.

30DS will probably be harder with you wrist; there are a lot of arm workouts with hand weights but you could possibly modify. I agree! It is not about doing away with all the foods that you love but about eating them less. And really, once you get a month or so in, you may still want to eat "bad" food but can't eat as much anymore anyways. You should look at your net calories on the home page. That number should be close to 1200. Right not it looks like your net calories is like -300 because you have only eaten like 800 calories but you have burned like 1200.
