I agree that you should eat your goal. You don't want to fall into a bad cycle of binge eating and fasting.

Maybe she just needs some water. My dogs only really get "tired" when they are thirsty, otherwise they can go for HOURS!

The ladies that I work with at school are really supportive of my weight loss. They are always telling me how skinny I look and being so nice. Before I got on MFP, they were harsh on me about eating fast food for lunch, which annoyed me at the time, but now I know why!

I definitely agree. Going to a class is much more intense and fun; especially if you have a high energy instructor. I am glad that I had done some at home/online before I went to the class I go to at the Y because I wouldn't have been able to keep up!

Do you snack out of the package like eat chips out of the chip bag? I find that I will eat more if more is in front of me so I usually will take out only one serving of whatever I am going to eat and put it on a small plate or bowl so I only have a little in front of me.

They don't try to calculate the calories burned because it is way more complicated than just taking your weight and time. It depends on what exercises you do, how heavy the weights are that you use you use and how many reps of each exercise.

I think it is more about creating a reasonable goal for how much nutritious and not so nutritious food you eat. Trying to eat nutritious foods 80% of the time or more can be a tough goal for many people. If you know you are going to workout later maybe you should log it early and eat more calories early in the day so you are not stuck with too many at night...

I usually burn more calories on Saturday than Friday especially when I start working again. When I come home from work on Friday I usually just want to nap. Ans on Saturdays we have so much more time to burn cals....just my opinion...
