I don't really like working out and don't have much stamina but I like 30 day shred. You don't do any one exercise for very long and they give you some modifications for beginners so that helps. It can be hard to do every day though.

I was just wondering this too. I don't know if I will be ready for level two after 10 days of one...I have heard that level two is much harder....
