I woke up one day and my knee hurt for no apparent reason and I went to the doctor about it and saw that I was 202 pounds. The doctor didn't say it but I knew my knee was hurting because it was carrying too much weight around...

it is probably best to be conservative with that site and just use the estimates from the "low intensity" setting which gives me 576 for 1 hour.

One of my friends on here uses a HRM for Zumba, also, but her readings are pretty close to the ones on here and I have seen others who have said they are pretty close, too. Also, using a HRM may be a better estimate but it is still an estimate.

It is great for you that you have gotten to a point in your life where you are "independent" and have "self-worth beyond what other people tell you" but this comment is a little self-righteous and unfair. People who have issues with body image aren't merely some "impressionable" or ignorant/unenlightened minority. It is…

I like the ice cream sandwiches but didn't like the truffle bar. I ate one and threw the box out because the fake sugar taste was gross.

Go to My Home and then click on Settings on the blue bar. On that next page click on diary settings and the first part of that page will give you options of which nutrients to track.

I am in! I am 186 right now and would like to be between 160 and 165 by Christmas. That is my goal weight right now because I cannot ever remember weighing less that that and like being a little curvy. I might lower it a little but I guess I will see when I get there!

Sorry I didn't get any Zumba in yesterday! My bronchitis is pretty much better and I WAS going to do Zumba after I got home from bowling but we ended up rescuing a stray dog that we saw on the side of the road. I didn't get home until like 2 and didn't get to be until 4 or so. I am definitely going to get some Zumba in…

I didn't write it but yeah I think that is what the author is trying to say. But that doesn't mean you need to lose 2250 calories doing exercise because your body burns a lot of calories performing its basic functions.
