A year ago I bought green tea fat burners from holland and Barrett, I couldn't have any additional caffeine with them (no diet coke, coffee, chocolate) and even not adding extra caffeine those two little pills have me heart palpitations... I'd go with your doctors advice, start over and build your stamina up.

6 years ago I dislocated my patella, tore the ligaments and was in a cast for 2 months so prob a bit scared tbh to try a squat on my own. You put the Swiss ball in the curve of your back against a wall and squat down to the floor and use the ball as a guide when you push back up

I've set my calories to 1850 on sedentary level so I'm only about 150 less from my current maintenance and have started working out 5 times a week (2 cardio days, 3 strength training days with a bit of cardio). This dog is amazing!! It manages to get on the train all the way to BS's work and find her!!!! and it does it all in the 2 hours that she walks, boards train and comes home....genius dog!

I never used to eat breakfast but have recently changed that over the past few weeks as I was getting to hungry by 11am and sometimes wouldn't be able to eat at that time.... The first few days I had to force myself now I can eat it within 30 mins of waking up xx
