I change it up by songs. Ride, run, jumps, sprints, standing climb, seated climb, rolling hills, hovers. And you can crank it up/down at certain times. MIx it up. I was looking for something yesterday and no luck. Itunes had playlist and what to do for each song but not what we are looking for.

I am currently reading and it is interesting. I started South Beach again until I get my head wrapped around this one. So did you do the 2 week eating plan and then do adrenal diet. Since that is the one I have to work on. Any information will be appreciated.

My daughter had days like that too. Yesterday was one of them. And then others she hardly eats. As long as it is healthy foods let her eat. They are going. Kids have a better sense of hunger than we do. Good luck.

Peel, slice and boil. I found a recipe that looked good today, leek, kholrabi, onion tart. And actually pretty easy.
