I am now leaning towards going off the HGC I had a friend that pushed me until I decided to try it she lost and has kept it off for 18 Months oh geez I am tired and weak and I do not think I made a good choice anyone know what would happen if I quite I have been doing it for about 10 days

Oh I am with you on this right now I am being so strict with myself and am finally loosing but for years and even as recent as 3 weeks ago I had the tomorrow mindset and binge and being out of control was the norm even if I candy coated (no pun intended) it . I would never record a gain I don't know if it's right or wrong I just can't seem to want to admit that I am failing and yes I know a little gain does not always mean I am failing but in y mind I am. a little something else I need to work on!

For me it is for sure the hours between 3:00 and 6:00 I have the hardest time then I have tried everything! I sometimes think If I could lock myself away from all food at those times the weight would fall off. hmmm...
