question on the quinoa, I have tried cooking this a few times but it has still been really grainey, gritty and I couldn't eat it what am I doing wrong?

I am learning this is a big issue for me, I buy a little small something or another for a snack and find I can only have a smidgen of what is already in the snack size portion... I mean there is generall not much there in the beginning and now i read i can't even have all of it...what the heck!!!

Thanks for the new information, I really haven't paid any attention so I will go back and peak at my reports to see what I am lacking. I have similiar issues, my weight fluctuates like a bouncing ball but I seem to be getting nowhere.
