For some weird reason, I am ok with Murph. 7/12 WOD 21 Deadlifts 95lb 50 air squats 21 Push Press 45lb 15 DL 50 squats 15 PP 9 DL 50 squats 9 PP 14:28 Knee is feeling better even after all those squats. The knot in my IT band is getting smaller too with rolling it out. Thank goodness!

Tabata! Knees-to-elbows medicine ball cleans (14lb) push-ups modified kettlebell swings (1 pood) Total: 24 I really like Tabata's. I think it is the short bursts of work and a small rest that works well for me.

My box allows bands and I am very thankful. I have already moved up (improved) in bands. They are getting thinner!! We use them for dips on the rings, too.

Fri WOD Moore AMRAP 20 minutes rope climb (modified) 400m run max handstand push-ups (modified) 4 full rounds plus rope climb max HSPU = 13, 10, 10, 10... set another PR, improved by 4 reps! Sat/Sun will be running for me. Must get motivated to start training for my half marathon.
