Hi ~ I use a CamelBak Hydration System. Easier to drink as it frees up the hands. Good luck! Be safe.

What a GREAT idea!!! I joined last week! I'm 57, 5' 8", started at 168, weigh 165 today. My goal weight is 130. I am more excited about the inches however...my clothes are starting to fit better. Looking forward to a 2 piece bathing suit in June....: :heart:
