Don't be terrified..you can do it. Finished week 6 yesterday with a 25 min run! Who knew??? Felt good..:bigsmile:

I found day 2 and 3 to be the worst for soreness. I would try and do them but modify or go slower if you have to. Good luck, u can do it!

I'm kinda that way about the Ideal Protein diet...I see lots of people in my town very heavy and next time I see them they are like super thin ..wth. But I have to eat so will be sticking with MFP.

5 days left of Level 3...my HRM has recorded the last few times as 297, 308, 294 cals burned. But I think it depends a lot on your weight, etc. I also have some extra stretching included in there and a five min warmup walk on the treadmill soo...

Hi, Starting Week 6 on Sunday. Also do Shred and have 6 days of it left. I may have to start alternating now that the runs are getting longer. If anyone wants to add me that would be great!

I agree with this poster. I would only take diuretics under medical care. I had trouble with retaining fluids just out of the blue one summer. Was so swollen my calves turned red and my feet looked reddish purple. I was drinking water until I thought I was going to float away. Doctor put me on two diuretics. I had to come…

I also do C25K. Tonight I hope to do Week 5 Day 2; I will have two 8 min runs with a 5 min walk between plus warmup and cooldown walks.

Well today is day 3 of Level 3. My shoulders are killing me!! Def feel it in my inner thighs from those ballet jumpy things lol!

Hi, It's 3 levels of 10 days each. Some people do it 30 days without rest, others take a day break when they feel like it. Some move on sooner than others. You kind of have to play it by ear and see how you feel. If you google it u should find lots of info and I think people have mentioned it is on youtube.
