still would like to add exercise cals
Hi guys, I see some people only add 1 calorie for their exercise because those cals are included. Others I see are still adding the total cals burned for your workout.....how do you go about doing that? What if that is a different amount every other day??

Well finished day 2. This morning my shoulders and butt were so sore. Surprisingly my quads weren't. So happy I can still go up and down stairs and not have to hang on to the wall to lower myself to pee lol!! Will see how tomorrow goes. Anyone just start this program?
