Exercising on weigh in day?

I read somewhere that you shouldn't exercise too hard on weigh in day as it could increase your weight? Is there any truth to this? I have never heard of it before. Opinions?

I don't think it'd make any difference, if anything you'd be a little lighter through lost fluid (sweat).
Bottom line though... what's more important 100 grams on a scale on one particular day, or being a more active and healthier person??? A bit of a no-brainer if you ask me.0 -
I always do my weigh in before I work out that way I don't have to worry about it.0

well...i generally weigh myself as soon as i wake up (that's when you're the lightest), so it doesn't matter.0
