What are you logging for calories?

I was wondering what everyone is logging for calories burned for your weightlifting workouts? I have just been putting 30 min or so under weightlifting/stength training. When I moved into the Push phase I added another 5 min. Not sure what to do...

That's what I do too. Even tho HRM is not correct when it comes to weight lifting. My HRM shows almost the same calorie as MFP.

I always used my HRM because it was always more then what MFP showed for calories for weight lifting.

I'm restarting the program tomorrow (lifting and abs only though) and don't plan on logging my calorie burns at all. Instead, I'm going to eat a certain # of calories on those days (1750-2000) and count my burns on non-lifting days (I do Zumba on those days).
