Shredded Level 1 Day 2

Well finished day 2. This morning my shoulders and butt were so sore. Surprisingly my quads weren't. So happy I can still go up and down stairs and not have to hang on to the wall to lower myself to pee lol!! Will see how tomorrow goes. Anyone just start this program?

    I've done it on and off for a while haha, the first couple of days I did it I had problems lowering myself onto the toilet seat so that made me laugh! Its made me a lot fitter though.

    Glad I'm not the only one. I started on thurs and today was the first say I didn't have to hold on going down the stairs and getting on the toilet!
