Well today I did Ab Burner. It was over before I knew it!!! I am off to a boot camp in town tonight so that will be my cardio. AAaagh hope I survive!!

Finished Burn Day 2 today. Feeling much better with lighter weight and practicing good form. I will increase slightly each week or that is my hope!!!

Restarted today with my lightest weights. Hopefully by the second week I can increase them. I am afraid of hurting my back. Not sure how I did it..if it was a work/exercise combination but had to have multiple ribs adjusted. Boy can they cause pain when they don't sit right...ttyl!!

I did shred everyday and C25K every other day unti I got into the last weeks of the running and then I started to alternate. Give it a try and see what works for you...it seemed like initially I took a rest day about every 10 days. Good luck!

I find the more water I drink the thirstier I seem which I think is a good thing. I don't think u can have too much water..

I did the same thing the first time I did the C25K. Was so disappointed. I am running on the treadmill doing the program this time as well. I am hoping by the time I am done it I can get outside and start the gateway to 8k. Good luck!!
