My day had a disastrous ending. Baked all day, didn't have a bite tho I wanted to. As I am removing some mini zuchinni loaves one fell apart and of course that's all it took. Thank you so much for this recipe! Just made a batch of them and they are delish, hubby thought they tasted good too! I added 2 tbsp of chia seeds to my recipe.

Good for you. I find the hardest is getting going again or just starting. I am on day 3 of tracking and exercising. Not much, but it feels good.

I used circuit training the first time I did the shred. This time around I have a HRM so I just created my own exercise and added the time and calories.

Thx for this post....this is exactly my life story. Lose, something comes up and I get derailed and then It takes sometimes months for me to get back on track. So disheartening. If only I could control my head....

Hi, Just keep at it. Go at your own pace. Take as many days as you need. I am 47 and did it. Thought I would die when I first started, but it does get easier as unbelievable as that is. Sometimes I couldn't keep up but I would just keep doing the move just slower. Thought as long as I kept moving....I lost a lot of…

Couch to 5K is great too...walking and running combo.

All done!!!!!!!!!! Took longer than 30 days but I stuck to it and finished. Such a good feeling. Hope to get some measurements, maybe some pics soon.

Well I had to give up the mountain climbinb moves..causing excruciating pain in my neck and upper back. Obviously I am doing something wrong or maybe it just is too hard for my body. Anyway replaced it with butt kicks and running on the spot. 4 days left and then will take pics hopefully and weigh in again.......

I hear ya...but heat wave or not I take forever to cool down. This morning I sat on the deck hoping the breezed would help and then had a very lukewarm bath. I still was overheated even after that....thought I was the only one!

So I got ahead of myself. Just completed Level 3 Day 5 today instead of Day 6 booo....oh well only 5 more to go then I'm done yahoo!!

Completed Level 3 Day 6 last night after being away from it for a week. Sure makes a difference when you haven't been doing it every day. Felt stronger, no sore muscles and burned more calories. Probably a day in between would be beneficial to me at least...maybe next time..4 more to go!!!

Back from my holiday!! Hoping to finish off my last 6 days of Level 3 without too much trouble. Think I will start couch to 5K and Chalean Extreme when I am done...ttyl

hey everyone...took today off, worked outside most of the day. Hope to do Level 3 Day 4 tomorrow morning before work. Then I am flying out to see my girlfriend. HOpe to finish it off when I get back July 3. I am hoping that won't be too long in between that I feel like I am starting all over. Will see I guess...
