Nelski...I don't know how you get up so early, let alone workout at that time. I would die.. Just finished Wk3 BC1. I keep surprising myself with how my weights are increasing. Good luck everyone. Keep liftin'!!

sometimes the only thing that gets me going is saying to myself "ya I feel lazy, tired, etc, but I know I will feel so goooood when I am done!!

I take more rest days too since I am lifting weights in between running. Week 3 isn't too bad, but I am always surprised by how that increase to 3 min is quite a change...I have completed the c25k before, so I know we can do it, keep going. Congrats on your great weight loss!!

Today should have been W3 BC1, but I took yesterday off instead of running. So today I did my run and tomorrow starting Week 3 of Burn. Farthest I have made it so far. Let you know how I do..

This is my third time doing C25K. I do luv it. Did it in the spring and was up to running 40 minutes!! until injury. Finished Week 2 Day 2 today.

Hi, Just google C25K and the site will come up with treadmill version underneath. You can print off the time sheets there. That's what I do and just listen to whatever music I want then. Or you can download there music as well with the voice prompts. Good luck.
