  • Thanks again for all the great replies I feel like im blushing over here, haha. If I can be an inspiration to another person that would be awesome, because I remember when I first started on here coming the the success stories and seeing what others have done. • Thanks everyone, it has been a tough year to say the least, lots of ups and downs. There was plenty of times I wanted to just give up because I was frustrated, stuck at a particular weight (plateau so to speak), tired, or just didn't feel it was coming. In fact it was, those little by little things day after day are hard…

When I first started I thought "man if i can lose 40lbs it would look so great" but being here it doesn't feel like much and it can be discouraging. I just try to remind myself that there is still progress to be made and to not…
  • great to hear you wanting to have a new lifestyle. Same things happened to me, when I wanted to lose weight I would work out, go running, cycling and all that jazz but never focus on my diet and so it never worked out for me. Now I am working out and really focusing on what I eat and its been good so far. One of the…
  • I log everything I eat into here, it has been a great tool for me. I used to only track my workouts everyday but now I track all my food and my daily workouts in here too. Down 26 lbs so far and still plugging away.
