Seeing the tail raise, I do a very un-dwarfish maneuver and I duck for cover (being dwarfish, I don't have to duck far.) Can I still attack with my laser pistol if I duck for cover? If yes then I attack while/after I duck for cover.

Based on Halls of Judgment: Weigh in #5 and what I had before, I calculate I have 16g and 50s. If this is correct, I'd like to purchase Frozen Scream first for 8g and with the remaining I'd like to purchase Enclave Power Armor second for another 8g. This leaves me with 50s, if my calculations were correct.
