Yes, I normally gain an extra 2 or 3 lbs, then I lose it right after the flow has ceased! (i.e. I crave the salt like crazy before and during, but not after)

Stay focus and you can do it! Keep a positive attitude as you go through this journey. We have all fall short of the glory at some stage of our lives, but through it all, if we believe, GOD has picked us up and dusted us off plenty of times- Keep the faith and believe!

Hello, Please to meet you. For starters, don't beat yourself up-just enjoy the journey as you progress towards your ideal weight goal. You will hit some bumps along the way, but never give up! Most importantly, please yourself and nobody else. You are the #1 priority!

Take it one day at a time and don't get discouraged. "Encourage yourself" and don't let this cause you not to continue on your journey. You can do this, even if it takes baby steps.

sounds great! I never would have thought I would ever buy suspenders to keep my pants up- hey I made sure they are worn fashionably! take care and keep up the good work!

Don't give up. Now that the weather is getting nice, try doing other things like swimming, or walking in the mall! Believe it or not, by walking, shopping and trying on clothes actually is a great exercise technique!

I still struggle with the McD & Wendy's fries! However, when I go there, I get the kids meals instead. I have replaced most of my sugary things with no sugar items such as my Log Cabin Maple syrup and Smuckers grape jelly.

I am 5'7" and my goal weight is 175. I am at 183 now and have been the same for the past 3 wks. I hope I am building up muscle and that is the reason for the standstill. Hopefully I will lose again within the next couple of weeks because I started to run again.

I am experiencing the same thing. I brought me a pair of suspenders that I wear with my pants and it helps alot. The pants that I really love, I have taken them to my seamstress and she has taken them in for me. It can be costly, so I only have two pairs a month done.
