Actually they have been from Dollar Tree. I have thought about buying an expensive one, maybe I'll do that tomorrow. I just keep thinking eventually I will start but I'm going on almost 4 weeks late!

Chips and salsa! Cut up some corn tortillas and stick them in the oven until they get crunchy (450' for around 15 min) I just had a bowl full for only 165 calories and 0 sugar. I get the Lynn Wilson corn tortillas which have 0 sodium as well. I usually make a ton all at once so I always have some on hand.

I noticed that you are eating out a lot, and I only went back a few days. I would try and cut back on that. And as convienent as packaged foods are, stay far away from them. Also I think you may be over estimating your exercise. I don't even track my daily cleaning.

I have started making my own chips out of corn tortillas. Dip them in some salsa or hummus and they are delicious!

My thighs are the worst! I'm 5'7 and 133. Last I measured (about a week ago) they were 21" I'm definitely pear shape so most of my weight is in my butt and thighs. I'm only a few pounds from my goal weight so I focus on toning BUT I still get my cardio in (2 miles every morning). Both are important if you want that bikini body!

I don't work so for me it's easy to jump on the computer every couple of hours, so I usually log as I go. This way I can remember to track everything.

This is interesting because I actually like weighing in after I've worked out. I always have lower numbers after a workout.

So far I've only made whole wheat bread. I'm never over on my calories or carbs so I figure I'm fine to eat it. As for butter, I put a very small amount on, sometimes even none at all.
