Okay so my last period was March 26th and that is also the day I started dieting. I have completely cut out all crappy food (soda, chips, candy, fast food, you name it) and I eat as clean as possible. I'm worried that I havn't started in 7 1/2 weeks though. What do you dip your raw veggies in?
I love eating raw vegetables but I always want to have to some kind of dip to go with. I usually grab my fat free ranch but I HATE that it is loaded with sodium. So, what do you use?

Bread overload?
I just purchased a bread maker last week and have started making my own bread. I usually have about 1 or 2 slices a day. But here is my question, is that too much? Should I limit it to every other day? It's so yummy and I love the smell of fresh baked bread, it's hard not to eat a slice after making a loaf.

Deli meat
My husband brought home some sliced turkey from the deli and I'm wondering if there is any way to know what the nutrition facts are? And while were on this subject, I've heard to stay away from packaged meats (like lunch meat) so does this mean getting it from the deli instead or just not to eat it at all?

What kind of bread do you eat? I have always had just plain white bread but I'm looking for something healthier now, any suggestions would be awesome!

Sodium??
I just added sodium to my food diary tracker and holy crap I've gone over the recomended amount like everyday! Should I be worried? I know it can lead to high blood pressure but mine has always been fine.

I feel like I eat all day long!
Since I started my diet and excersize program I have changed my eating habbits dramatically! I have not touched soda, chips, cookies or candy in 3 weeks..and for me that's HUGE! I've been on here for about 2 weeks now and would love some friends to help motivate me. Everyday that goes by seems to get a little easier. My cravings for junk food are slowly starting to go away and I'm actually beginning to enjoy working out. Would love some people to talk with.
