2 weeks down!

I've been on here for about 2 weeks now and would love some friends to help motivate me. Everyday that goes by seems to get a little easier. My cravings for junk food are slowly starting to go away and I'm actually beginning to enjoy working out. Would love some people to talk with.

    Tips for the working out if you change it up every few days or something different a week you and your body wont get bored with what your doing and keeps it interesting. I like to talk about workouts and tips on foods if ya need any or have any let me know. and of course if ya need motivation Im here:laugh:
