  • Please add me. Last November I weighed 453 pounds and wanting to lose 273. I've since lost 182. While I don't have over 120 pounds to lose at this point, I know my last 91 pounds are going to be harder than the first 182.

  • I always thought you shouldn't go swimming after eating... in other words - don't exercise after eating or you risk getting a cramp. I've never heard of getting a cramp because of eating after exercising. I would say if you're hungry, eat. But, as in all things, do it in moderation.
