Do you really get cramps from eating EXACTLY after you exercise?
I've just finished some yoga and I'm hungry right now. I want to avoid the leg cramps but at the same time I don't want to hurt my body from not eating when hungry...

I always thought you shouldn't go swimming after eating... in other words - don't exercise after eating or you risk getting a cramp. I've never heard of getting a cramp because of eating after exercising.
I would say if you're hungry, eat. But, as in all things, do it in moderation.0 -

Everyone is different. Some people might cramp, but others won't. I never have. I love eating right after working out.0

it's probably an electrolyte thing.
i like eating after a workout. especially brunch after crushing some weights on sundays.0 -
