I've seen people spend a lot longer that 30 minutes in a gym and not get a thing done. Go in, work your *kitten* off and move on. You can burn a lot of cal's in 30 min if you keep moving.

From a locker I would guess it to be "Pork - center loin, bone-in 3oz 204 cals and 11gr of fat " Most of the time when you have one done and they don't ask you what you want, you get a good old bone in chop. Thickness depends on what you guys asked for.

6'2" 330 here. That was my starting weight. Now down to 252.9 Looking to get down another 30 or so. I would like to pass up the 100lb mark. Ive been doing this for about 13 months now, however I gave myself 3 years to get close to my goal range. Always looking for some more MFP friend, send a request.

Flip the Scale over.... You can still stand on it but you cant see the numbers. The first week is always a bigger number than the second. Like others have advised up the water and try to hit the 1400 cals. Also think about adding fiber if you aren't getting enough. In two weeks flip that bad boy back over and take a peek…
