Thanks jaquelynny. I think I lost very quickly in the first few days that I kept weighing my self to check it actually happened. I will take photos, what a great idea, I suppose it's easier to see the difference that way.

I am 25, 5ft6/7 and started at 9st7lbs then dropped to 9st5lb before the kebab ;) I weighed 8st10 before having my daughter so I want to get back down to that weight again. I've started on the water already so hope to shift it again.

Thankyou for your replies, it was a kebab so prob very high in salt?? Good to know you can't put that much weight on from one meal no matter how bad it is. I'm new to this so trying to get my head round the deficit, calories, maintenance thing....
