I lose weight faster if I eat back at least most of my exercise calories. It also makes me feel less hungry the next day. LOL, Wiggles!! My kids love making fruit salad! We just throw whatever fruit we have on hand in and toss it. No sugar added and we gobble it up guilt free!

it is ok to splurge on occaision and have mexican food. for your "everyday" taco salad, try black beans, and leave off the sourcream or use light sour cream. also try 2% cheese. i have found i don't really miss sour cream when i leave it off as long as i hook it up with plenty of pico de gallo. good luck! I have similar problems and I am over 40! Really bugs me...anyway, wash your face BEFORE as well as after workout. That seems to help me. I also use a cleanser with salicylic acid. I have issues with sunscreen and breakouts too... so I feel your pain! Gina

I find that if I just eat a little something, even if I'm not hugry yet, it keeps me from binging later in the day. Try a yogurt or a piece of toast with peanut butter. I also keep little ziplock bags of mixed nuts and raisins that I grab as I walk out the door if i didn't have time to eat before I leave. Then I can eat it…
