keep going to the gym at my usual 5x a week. incorporate more strength training and HIIT cardio. and to try different things at the gym-- i'm a little intimidated by new things!

I do it every week! This week I did shredded chicken in the crock pot with salsa & sour cream. I add lettuce on my lunch break and I have a healthier version of a taco salad type thing !

I used it for about 4 weeks to jump start my weight loss--- when I stopped the weight came back. I eat it for breakfast with fruit or something to keep me full. I wouldn't recommend for long term use at all.
