Do you know where these are sold? I would love to try them.

Any of you cotton candy lovers in or traveling to LA? http://www.cottonhi.com/ Just saw this place on the Travel Channel, holy cow!

Mine too!

@rhaiin The Enlightened frozen hot cocoa bars are great. The salted caramel is delicious too. Let me know if you try the toasted almond, as I have not been able to find them in my area.

@kellyjellybellyjelly Wal-Mart is getting in quite a few more HT flavors than they used to carry.

Not new, but new to me...Enlightened frozen hot cocoa. It was AMAZING! I will so be buying again. I like their caramel oatmeal cookie flavor, but the caramel tastes pretty artificial. Not the case with frozen hot cocoa. Loved it. ETA: I also bought the butter pecan. Looking forward to trying it.

Thanks @Noreenmarie1234. I just signed up for my coupon.

I'm still here too, lurking. It sounds like most of you are staying positive, even those who are struggling. I love seeing everyone's great attitudes! The doc is trying med #3 to try to get me back on an even keel. UGH. Every time I switch there's an adjustment period. I haven't been running at all, but I've gotten a few…

I like the toasted marshmallow flavor too. Subtle but definitely marshmallow.

Lea, I am hanging in there. It will get better if I keep trying. Jessi, a hobby sounds like a great idea!

Thanks, @aleahurst. I needed a cheer. :)

Well, after several weeks dealing with horrible side effects from a new medication and a short bout with an icky virus (plus stress at work multiplying every day), I realize I have lost my stamina. I tried to start running again and it's just pitiful. Beautiful behaviors for today: 1) DON'T give up. I ran today even though…

I calorie cycle. Tuesday and Thursday I eat 150 calories less so I can have more calories Friday and Saturday. It works for me. I have room to eat out or have an indulgent treat on the weekends.
-
@aleahurst Good for you getting so much walking in! Crossing my fingers for your weigh in.
-
@dlm4mom Getting smaller plates and bowls is a great idea. You can have a full plate without eating as much. I think it's a good trick to use to satisfy the part of your brain that wants quantity of food. Also, don't feel that working around the house and increasing your step goal are not lofty goals. They are awesome and…

Oatmeal cookie, sea salt caramel, vanilla, smores...birthday cake is good too. I didn't care for chocolate almond. Cookie dough and cookies and cream were ok, but nothing special.

I am grateful for: -my health -my family and friends -my cats, who love me unconditionally -my coworkers, who make a stressful job bearable -books -hot tea -halo top ice cream

@KimF0715, MFP replaces profanity with *kitten* now. Lol @aleahurst, that quote was definitely good to see. I have dealt with depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember, but only just admitted it to my doctor so I could get some medical help. I am glad I finally admitted I can't deal with it myself. Outside time…

Faster isn't necessarily better. More distance means more endurance. What are your goals with running? Do you want to run a 5k, for example? Do you just want to run a mile in under a certain time? No matter what your ultimate goal, take it slowly so you don't get injured. Make sure to not add to much speed or distance to…
-
@gatamadriz wow, you went to a women's march? That's awesome.

Still loving everyone's positive attitude and goals! My goals for today (run, finish some paperwork I've been putting off so it's not hanging over my head anymore, stay under calories) were either met or in progress. For tomorrow, I want to exercise somehow, even if it is just a walk, finish the paperwork, and hit my…

@aleahurst, that is awesome re. the neighbor. I don't know or speak to the vast majority of my neighbors. That's something I ought to work on. @paigern82, stress is my big trigger too. I love your goal. Having everything you need to go to the gym is a great strategy. My beautiful behaviors for the day were 1. Go to the…

Thanks for the welcome! @aleahurst, I think most of us are our own worst critics. I am terrible about being kind to others but not to myself. Thanks for the reminder. :)

Hello all, lurker here. I'm Cassie. I'm currently in maintenance, but my weight has been fluctuating a lot more than I'd like. I have also been struggling with anxiety, lack of motivation to work out, and a bit of depression. I could use some more positivity in my life right now. This thread seems like a great place to get…

@Noreenmarie1234 thanks for the heads up, I got my Bup bars today too!

Another vote for Chopped and Cutthroat Kitchen. I <3 Alton Brown. I think I would watch anything he did lol
-
Thanks, @Noreenmarie1234! I just filled out the online form. Can't wait to get them!

I just bought Cliftons and love them

Hello, all. I'm Cassie. I am 37 years old, and have been running off and on for quite a few years now. My first real running experience was as the worst runner on my high school cross country team for one season my senior year. After that, I didn't run again for at least a decade. I have a tendency to run for a while, then…
