Oh go on then! I don't want to feel left out. Only trouble is, I'm trying to get it now through utorrent, but so far I have downloaded 0.3%, and it says it will be ready for playback in 2 days and 19 hours ... I think I may have an issue! Think I have to give up now, but will try again in the morning.

Yes, I checked, Waitrose does sell hemp milk. And a branch has just opened near us.
-
Thanks, CatClark, that really does help. In fact, I'm going to get some tomorrow. I'd heard about it before, but someone else said it tasted awful, but now that I've read what you said, I'll try it for myself. Might even try a hemp protein shake next time I buy online ...
-
Ah, but don't forget nuts, seeds, pulses, legumes, beans (forgetting soya for the moment, lol) ...
-
Yeah, you are both right; it is spurious, and I should have looked more closely at it. I'm kind of thinking that regardless of the evidential issues around soya, it can't be good that I rely so heavily on that one source and I ought to mix it up more, as you suggest, jemmur. Mind you, pea protein doesn't sound all that…

No, it is this article (from another thread on MFP): http://www.foodrenegade.com/dangers-of-soy/

'Fraid this is only a bump too; I'm fairly similar to you in terms of height and weight, and would welcome suggestions.
-
Oh no! I'm weird in a way I never even knew about before!
-
Yeah, I was waiting for the drum roll ... You absolutely must try level 1 again, for the sense of superiority it gives you!

Marvelosso! Fantastico! Fabulosso! Hearty congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!            :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:…

Can anyone suggest a set of things (!) to measure? I only did bust, waist and hips for the 30DS and wished I taken more. And another thing ... I've seen people giving measurements for waist and belly button separately. Aren't they in the same place? Have I misunderstood this all mylife?
-
Oh, really? I'll have a look at that, thanks.
-
Well it sounds like you are doing really well, if you are already doing almost everything unmodified. Perhaps you will discover that you are the sporty type after all!
-
Whey hey! Fantabulosso! Oh, you are going to find level 1 far too easy!

Hey, that's really good compared with how you felt at the beginning - well done!
-
Skinnyinnotime - thought you were going to do 6pi60! Very pleased you're doing ripped; I'd love to join you. Only trouble is, I ordered it a while ago and it hasn't arrived yet. May have to jump in later if it isn't here by Monday. But anyway, YES, I'm in.

Well done! I am a kindred spirit when it comes to push-ups - I HATE them! But other folk have problems with other things, so it just shows how we are all different. Good luck with the rest of it.
-
I tried day 1, level 1 again yesterday too; apart from the push-ups (which i will never be able to do properly), it was all SOOOO EASSSYY! So take heart everybody - today's difficult will be tomorrow's easy.
-
Vegetarian for 30+ years; ask away.
-
Yep, I'm thinking of trying level 1 again soon too. And I've ordered 'ripped' so will deffo be starting it as soon as it arrives.
-
Mine's a Polar FT4 and it's great - does everything I need. i looked around on here too before buying, and the FT4 was by far the most popular.
-
Yep, I just took a peek too - REALLY big difference. Excellent!
-
FANTASTIC! Well done! Put the flags out, crack open the champagne ... :drinker:  :drinker:  :drinker:  :drinker:  :drinker:  :drinker:  :drinker:  :drinker:  Results?

For what it's worth, the 'eat your calories' philosophy has been great for me. I have been on severe diets in the past, albeit many years ago, where I've felt AWFUL! Hungry, tired etc. Don't think I looked too good at the end of them either. I've been using this site for a few months, and put my trust in the approach. I…

Guess what - I miss it!!!!!!!!! :frown: I'm waiting for Ripped in 30 to arrive. Last night I tried '30 minutes to fitness (weights)' with Kelly Coffer-Meyer, which is actually pretty good in my humble opinion. May stay with that, as I've been convinced of the need to work with weights. But thought I'd give my poor muscles…

Well said, Lanfear!

Add me! Add me! I'm in the York area.

RESULTS SW 124 FW 121.8 So less than 3 lbs lost. Not as dramatic as I'd hoped, but I reckon I have built muscle. And bear in mind that I always eat my exercise calories, for the long haul and all that. I have lost an inch from bust, waist and hips. I'm afraid I didn't measure thighs etc. I also didn't think ahead and don't…
-
So, come on share your before and after results..... Tuesday is my official weighing and measuring day, but for you I'll do it a day early (tomorrow morning). By the way, I will be lurking to see the rest of you over the finishing line.
