Day 29 done. And guess what? No modifications! Can't believe I managed that. I still can't go very far down in push-ups, but hey, you can't have everything. :smile:

I've just done day 28. It is dawning on me that there will be no graduation ceremony, no bouquet of flowers and my partner will scoff as it is just girly dancing around. I simply can't do the last cv routine at advanced level (the one where you balance planks on the weights then lift arms & legs), so I do half at advanced then half at beginner's level. Actually, the 'plank oblique twist' is OK for me too; I wasn't going to say anything, but since you've raised it ... I think maybe it just shows that we all have different bodies. Managed to squeeze in day 17 this evening after a busy day (including a family do where I seriously exceeded my calorie allowance :frown: ). BUT ... wonders will never cease ... my partner noticed a difference today!!! No change whatsoever on the scales, but I'm learning that ultimately it isn't the scales that matter.

Just to let you know, JeninBelgium, I love reading your posts! It can be strange posting here, because it's like sending a letter to Santa - it goes off into the ether and you never really know if anyone else has read it, let alone what they think! I'm guessing in a couple of days you will start to see something too. I'm trying very hard to be objective when I look in the mirror, but now, finally, I can really see a little difference. So yes, keep going! It will all be worth it in the end!

Noticed some loose skin on my inner arms this evening, which while it shows that something is happening, is not altogether attractive, and certainly not part of the transformation into a goddess process I had in mind.
