My wife had thyroid cancer in 2008 at age 40, she had her thyroid removed and went through radioactive iodine treatment. She gets checked every year and has been good to go. She takes a once daily medication and will for life. Good luck to you, i'm sure it will all go fine for you!

I have a gym membership that only costs me $49 a year but its always so crowded. I made myself suspension straps(TRX type) and i'm looking into finding a total gym on cl. Anyone have any experience with the total gym?

I was doing medifast with my wife, I can't stand most of the food now. On 5:2 the last 2 weeks and working pretty good. 7lbs down, I know that it will slow down but I'm happy with the start.

Man we've seen this on here before, I don't know how they get such a low calorie diet out of anything military. They fed us a chit load, we stayed thin from all the physical work and training.

Good Morning! Yesterday was my first fast day, not that bad but I did go over some, I had 715 so I was 115 over. I'm not sweating that fact. Good weekend everyone!
